As we journey through the flow of life, it's essential to look after ourselves. BODY FLOW THERAPY SERVICES are for the importance of self-love and self-care. Our Deep tissue/relaxation, and clinical way of massage is to treat your body with kindness and compassion. The deep tissue/relaxation programs are focusing on relaxing the soft tissue from the recurrence of tension due to daily activities and building emotional resilience. The clinical programs are aiming to release the tension due to chronic pain. Usually, the clinical massage requires multiple sessions to release the muscle knots or adhesions that cause the pain. It is a must to let the therapist know if you have done something that caused acute pain before the session start. We do also provide a Southern Cross Easy Claim massage service under “STX” programs. Moreover, heat treatment is also effective remedy in the treatment. Hot Stone for muscle area, or Full body SPA heat treatment option, is recommended if you are super tight and having less pain tolerance.

Note: we are using Thai Yoga massage technique which combine the body movement while massaging. Please let us know if you have joints, spine, or any other problems that the therapist should avoid moving your limbs, or any part of your body.  Sometime it takes only one act of kindness and caring to change a person life --Jackie Chan
